The study – How large companies can help racial equity in Brazil

The study aimed to support Mover (www.somosmover.org) in understanding the challenges and developing strategies to increase racial equity within and outside the group’s large companies. Qualitative research was carried out with specialists in the subject and quantitative research was carried out to map the situation of equity in large companies.

Results

Based on the research findings, suggestions were developed for strategies to be adopted in the short, medium and long term, both within companies and for action with civil society. The project was carried out by the Plano CDE team in partnership with Dr. Caroline Rodrigues from FGV and technical consultancy from professors Pedro Jaime from ESPM and Márcio Macedo from FGV.
