In the research “Financial Diaries”, a detailed study was conducted about the wins and losses of classes C, D and E. The research was conducted with 120 families from 64 communities from the urban centers of four capitals – Salvador (Bahia), Recife (Pernambuco), São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The study was commissioned by the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP), international organization based at the World Bank.
