A partir de uma segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o produzida pela metodologia GoM (Grades of Membership), identificamos tr\u00eas perfis de empreendedores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O empreendedorismo negro no Brasil n\u00e3o \u00e9 homog\u00eaneo. H\u00e1 perfis de profissionalismo no neg\u00f3cio e de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das quest\u00f5es raciais. Identificamos tr\u00eas perfis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NECESSIDADE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Motivados a empreender muitas vezes por necessidade ou situa\u00e7\u00e3o de desemprego. \u00c9 um grupo que sente-se menos afetado pelo racismo, mas sabe que existe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VOCA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Familiaridade com a atividade e desejo de ser aut\u00f4nomo, \u00e0s vezes somados a dificuldades em se adequar no mercado de trabalho. H\u00e1 percep\u00e7\u00f5es variadas sobre racismo &#8211; alguns n\u00e3o se identificam como negros e possuem vis\u00e3o meritocr\u00e1tica. Outros relatam terem sido alvo de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ENGAJADO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desejo de empreender, muitas vezes somado \u00e0 vontade de exercer atividade auto afirmativa, voltada para o p\u00fablico afro. Postura combativa contra o racismo.
