Foram realizadas pesquisas qualitativas com especialistas no tema e quantitativas para mapear a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da equidade em grandes empresas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nA partir dos achados da pesquisa foram desenvolvidas sugest\u00f5es de estrat\u00e9gias a serem adotadas a curto, m\u00e9dio e longo prazo tanto dentro das empresas como para atua\u00e7\u00e3o junto a sociedade civil. O projeto foi realizado pela equipe da Plano CDE em parceria com a Dra.
