Qualitative research was carried out with specialists in the subject and quantitative research was carried out to map the situation of equity in large companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Based on the research findings, suggestions were developed for strategies to be adopted in the short, medium and long term, both within companies and for action with civil society.
